Key Responsibilities

  • Working an L1-L2+ Engineer
  • Ability to work flexible hours as the company build up their “Follow the Sun” model
  • Managing ticket SLA’s
  • Active monitoring of network services
  • Managing Vendor tickets
  • Handling ticket escalations from our Ops Centre
  • Ability to work outside business hours, if necessary
  • Be available to be on an on-call roster
  • Managing internal and external projects
  • Conduct research and development
  • Building Network Documentation
  • Managing escalation to vendors and carriers
  • Building knowledge and attaining certifications, as required
  • Attending training, as required

Essential

  • Completion of the following exams:
    • Exam MS-100: Microsoft 365 Identity and Services
    • Exam MS-700: Managing Microsoft Teams
    • Exam MS-720: Microsoft Teams Voice Engineer
  • Experience with Voice Networks (Design and Implementation)
  • Experience with both on-premise and Cloud networks and infrastructure
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure
