HelloTeams are searching for their next sales champion!

This is an exciting opportunity to join one of the world’s fastest growing Cloud Telecommunications Providers. This role will give you the opportunity to be on the ground floor of an exhilarating start-up, that is rapidly expanding into global markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Present, promote and sell products/services to existing and prospective customers with a sound knowledge of the products and ability to provide the best solution
  • Required to build and develop the domestic partner channel
  • Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships
  • Continue developing a warm pipeline of customers and partner leads whilst closing standard lead sources
  • Complete cold calls to prospective clients
  • Achieve sales budget set out annually
  • Coordinate sales workload with team members and other departments
  • Supply management with weekly reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and any potential new products and services
  • Participate in marketing activities, webinars, industry events etc.
  • Attend weekly team meetings to discuss and keep team up to date on client and customer deals/leads

  • Strong understanding of cloud technologies including, Microsoft Office 365, Unified Communication Software, Microsoft Teams, and other telecommunications
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills with internal and external partners
  • Previous experience in developing a channel-based business
  • Demonstrated ability and results in building a customer portfolio and closing sales
  • Experience with sales reporting tools including pipelines, budgets, and customer orders
  • Mature and accountable approach to goals, targets, and commitments to the business
  • Strong cold calling skills
  • Resilient individual with a strong work ethic
  • Driven and highly motivated professional who can operate within a plan but also show innovation and initiative
  • Positive can-do attitude, strong communicator, trustworthy and a team player
  • Willingness to learn new technologies and maintain strong awareness of market trends and changing technology


  • Experience in a Partner Channel focused role
  • Strong industry network and ability to bring onboard new business
  • People management or own business experience
