Key Responsibilities

  • Conducting Accounts Payable and Receivable Duties
  • Managing business growth documents such as cash flow
  • Completing month-end and year-end reconciliation procedures
  • Supporting C-Level employees with their projects
  • Carrying out Data Entry tasks
  • Collating documents, agendas, reports and correspondence for stakeholders, meetings, and forums
  • Providing general administrative and clerical support to the finance department
  • Maintaining & organising electronic and hard copy filing systems
  • Special Projects as and when required

Essential

  • Proven track record in Administration
  • Self-motivated, reliable, and trustworthy

  • Driven and highly motivated professional who can operate within a plan but also show innovation and initiative
  • Positive can-do attitude, strong communicator, trustworthy, a team player and willing to give anything a go
  • An individual with a high degree of accuracy and coordination in the tasks they conduct
  • Passion for numbers, accounts, and administration
  • Organisational and time-management skills

Desirable

  • Experience in Xero and Microsoft Suite (especially excel) is favored
  • Bookkeeping experience is not required but favored
  • Cert IV in Bookkeeping/Accounting completed or wanting to complete is a bonus*
