Our recruitment process is designed to be as simple as possible to save you as much time as possible.
Our initial conversation will involve a discussion around the position description, your company values and culture, and establish the needs for your company, understanding the traits and qualities required from the candidate.
One of our consultants will use our tools and resources to advertise the role, screen the candidates and pull together a shortlist.
Next comes our candidate spotlight. This is where we stand out from your traditional recruiter. We have carefully designed this to ensure you have to spend as little time on the recruitment process as possible. All of our interviews are recorded and will be presented to you in our candidate spotlight. You will be able to spend 5 minutes on each candidate and determine whether there skills, presentation and experience match what you are looking for.
